Mini Canatious brings over 30 years of nursing and healthcare experience from the United Kingdom and various other countries. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including cancer care, emergency departments, and care homes, where she has gained invaluable expertise in managing the healthcare needs of elderly individuals.
Having worked in the NHS in the UK for over 20 years, Mini Canatious has gained extensive experience in overseeing care for individuals with age-related conditions, including dementia and chronic illnesses. This background equips her with the knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care in our home. As a director, Mini’s leadership and experience will be vital in shaping and maintaining the quality of care we provide, ensuring that our residents receive compassionate, person-centred care every day.

Dr. Don Bosco, a retired Civil Surgeon with over 35 years of experience, serves as our Medical Advisor. Renowned for his expertise in managing chronic conditions and medical emergencies. Based nearby, he ensures expert guidance and the highest standards of health for our residents, supporting our team with his vast knowledge and dedication.
